Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and added to your invoice.
  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays:

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
  • If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.

Delivery and Signature Responsibility

  • Title and risk of loss for all products transfer to the customer upon shipment from CellEra. CellEra assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise unaccounted for after a delivery attempt has been made to the address provided by the customer. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that an authorized individual is available to receive and sign for the shipment at the designated delivery address. Failure to accept or sign for a delivery does not constitute grounds for replacement, refund, or credit. Any claims for loss following a failed delivery attempt must be directed to the shipping carrier.

Authorized Receipt of Delivery

  • All deliveries require receipt and acknowledgment by an authorized representative of the customer. Under no circumstances should the delivery driver or carrier sign for the shipment on behalf of the customer. If a customer instructs or allows a driver or carrier to sign for delivery, CellEra, LLC shall bear no responsibility or liability for any missing, lost, or damaged items associated with that shipment. Acceptance of delivery by an unauthorized party, including the carrier, constitutes full transfer of title and risk of loss to the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • All shipments from CellEra are inspected and verified for accuracy and condition prior to dispatch. Upon receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all packages and report any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. Any claims for concealed damage or missing items must be submitted in writing to CellEra within 72 hours upon receipt of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
  • If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions on damaged packages.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
