Usage
The Glucertain® Clinical Safety Lancets are designed for single-use blood sampling from the fingertip or alternate sites. Each lancet is sterile, retractable, and intended to be disposed of immediately after use.
Directions for Use:
- Wash hands and clean the selected puncture site with an alcohol swab.
- Pull off the protective cap from the Glucertain® Safety Lancet.
- Place the lancet against the test site and press firmly to activate the lancet. The needle will automatically retract after puncturing.
- Discard the used lancet in a proper sharps container immediately after use.
